简介：Mother-to-infant transmission of hepatitis B has been a major route of infection in the Asia-Pacific， including China. Following the WHO recommendations， we have adopted a combination prophylaxis which means a birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine and an injection of HBIG (hepatitis B immune globulin). This kind of prophylaxis combination gives very good efficacy.
